Instruction:
Before filling DC Appeal / Caviet/Review/Withdrawal Petition/IA etc., the new user needs to register & authenticate his/her mobile No. and email Id through OTP.
Please enter valid Mobile number and Email Id, as all the communications shall be made on the regisered Mobile number and Email Id.
OTP Authentication code will be sent via SMS and Email to validate the Mobile number and Email Id

I. Registrated mobile of the user/appellant is the Login Id

Appellant need to create his/her password in the following manner:-
I. It should contain minimum of eight (8) characters
II. One character must be in CAPS (Capital Alphabet A-Z)
III. One character must be in small (small Alphabet a-z)
IV. One character must be in Numeric (0-9) and
V. One character must be special character (!@#$%^&*)
VI. For example :
                             World#108
                                     or
                            WORLD#108
